Can I cancel monthly?
Yes, the fixed desk is cancellable on a monthly basis. No long-term commitments, no fine print.
Can I work with you by the day?
Yes, with the flex desk you can work with us by the day - €30/day including Wi-Fi, kitchen, garden and courtyard. Just send a request with your preferred date.
How do I get to you?
We're right on Georg-Schwarz-Straße, 5 minutes from S-Bahnhof Leutzsch. Tram 7 and bus 74 stop right outside, about 19 minutes from the main station. By bike: around 15 minutes from the city centre or 10 minutes from Plagwitz.
What's included in the price?
High-speed WiFi, printer and scanner, access to the kitchen, use of the courtyard, terrace and garden. Fixed desks additionally include 24/7 access, a fridge compartment and storage space.
Is there a minimum term?
The minimum term for a fixed desk is one month. For the studio, it's two months.
Can I cook in the kitchen?
Yes, the kitchen is fully equipped and shared. For cooking, shared meals or simply a coffee break.
Do I have access on weekends too?
Yes, as a fixed desk member you have 24/7 access - including weekends and public holidays.
