Our website is hosted by: DigitalOcean, LLC 101 Avenue of the Americas, 10th Floor New York, NY 10013, USA The data is processed in a data center in Frankfurt am Main (Germany). When you visit our website, technically necessary data such as IP address, timestamp, accessed page and user agent are stored in server log files. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website). Logs are deleted after 14 days at the latest. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with DigitalOcean.
Contact form
When you send us a message via the contact form on our website, we process the following data: • Name • Email address • Content of your message • Time of submission This data is used exclusively to process your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries). The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose, at the latest after completion of correspondence with you. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
Email delivery (Mailgun)
For the technical delivery of contact form messages, we use the service Mailgun: Mailgun Technologies, Inc. 112 E Pecan St. #1135 San Antonio, TX 78205, USA When using Mailgun, the data provided in the contact form (name, email address, message content) is transmitted to Mailgun and processed there for the purpose of email delivery. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in reliable delivery of contact inquiries). Note on data transfer to the USA: Mailgun processes data in the United States. The transfer takes place on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and additionally on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR. Mailgun Technologies, Inc. is certified under the Data Privacy Framework (https://www.dataprivacyframework.gov/). You have the right to object to the data transfer to a third country. In this case, please contact us directly by email or phone instead.
